“Person wakes up to Presence.”
The 2–5 Second Reset
Stop the habit of being the Person
Essential – the basic premises
The 2–5 Second Reset
At the core of this journey is a simple practice:
Pause for 2–5 seconds, 2–5 times an hour.
In this pause:
- Recognize directly, “I exist.”
- Notice: you are the one aware of being aware.
- Let go of seeking or striving — “I don’t want anything from anyone or anything right now. The only thing I want is to know myself more deeply.”
This tiny break interrupts the habit of being the “person” and opens the doorway into Presence.
Meeting Your Natural Self
Your natural self is not something new to find, but what has always been here: pure awareness, untouched by roles, stories, or beliefs. Recognizing this is the first step.
From this recognition, suffering begins to loosen. What once felt like heavy identity starts to be seen as passing thoughts and patterns.

Stop the habit of being the Person
Presence-Consciousness
Simply means “Presence infused with Awareness” or “Awareness of Presence.” It offers windows through which to glimpse a very real and intimate sense of eternal Presence, Is-ness, or Beingness.
It lays the groundwork for all the other Self-Realization and Self-Actualization (Empowerment) processes that will follow to provide you with a solid foundation from which to advance and really start to embody some of the ways of being that I address later on.
THE FIRST STEP
…to move the sense of who you are from the conditioned state of feeling/thinking:
“ I AM “ (Person-World-Consciousness)
…to the much more powerful and eternal state of feeling/knowing;
I AM (Presence-Consciousness)
…which brings you then (if you choose to continue along the way of Self Realization at the end of this process) one step closer to discovering the super free state of the ultimate “Free Agent”:
I (Awareness), OR MORE PRECISE, I-I (Awareness Aware of Itself)
Getting to know yourself as I AM and then as the ultimate I-I, is a very complete experience in and on itself; actually, it is leading to enlightenment. However, to take it one step further, here we will use Enlightenment itself as a springboard from which to glimpse-and realize-the truly unborn “stateless state” of the One Infinite Creator, the source behind-and of-All-that-IS
From a truly comprehensive awareness of Existence, you can choose how you desire to proceed—shaping your life in your own unique and brilliant way.
WHAT IS PRESENCE ?
One of the simplest ways to recognize Presence:
Relax your attention away from thoughts and mental labels for a few seconds, and
In that clear space of mind, recognize what remains: the sense of presence.
Another way of accessing presence is to ignore thoughts by simply being uninterested in what they have to offer you in that moment.
Or, if you can, simply stop thinking altogether for just a second: as thoughts naturally arise, withdraw your attention immediately from them; tune them out as you would a conversation at the next table in a restaurant.
In the absence of thoughts—or in the absence of interest in them—you are in a space of mind that more easily recognizes that there is aliveness present in this moment: you suddenly notice very consciously that you exist
You become aware of I-AM; you feel I-Exist.
By relaxing your mind and noticing the presence of I-AM, you shift from automatic thinking and unconscious being, to conscious noticing of the present moment and into an effortless awareness of your true Existence.
Basically or Essentially, it’s all about the experience of Presence, and not so much about the knowledge or concept of it. So, take a deep breath (like a relaxing sigh — make a sound on the out-breath) and relax your mind’s busy chatter for a moment or two… Just relax, feel the release of any tension in body or mind.
Then, slowly, read and lightly contemplate the following sentences, without letting opinions get in the way (such as agreeing or disagreeing). Simply read and absorb. Be unbiased —open-minded. Let the words guide your attention to the discovery of that which we call Presence-Consciousness, or Beingness-Consciousness:
Presence is the essence of everything that exists.
Presence is (the foundation of) All That Is.
Presence is that which everything has in common with everything else: is-ness.
Presence is noticed as the sense you have when you relax your mind and notice “I exist.”
Presence is felt as the sense I-AM.
Presence is Beingness.
Presence is Is-ness itself.
Presence is always Here and Now.
Presence is free from being affected by thoughts, yet includes thoughts in its open presence.
Presence is free from being affected by feelings, yet includes feelings in its open presence.
Presence is free from being affected by mind, yet includes mind in its open presence.
Presence is free from being affected by the body, yet includes the body in its open presence.
Presence remains unaffected by the changes of life.
Presence is itself formless, yet expresses itself as all forms.
Presence is the only consistency in creation; there is nothing else for forms to be made out of. Everything is Presence.
Presence is like gold shaped into many different types of jewelry: regardless of the form, it remains gold.
Presence is like clay shaped into many different shapes: regardless of the form, it remains clay.
Presence is the ocean and experiences are its waves; waves consist of ocean only.
Presence is shaped into many different forms, yet it remains Presence.
Presence is beauty, radiance, exuberance, generosity.
Presence is the Universe.
Presence is the expressed energy of The Infinite One (The Absolute).
Presence is abundance.
Presence is endless.
Presence is ease.
Presence is Existence.
Presence is creation.
Presence is bliss.
Presence is gifted with consciousness, cognizance.
Presence is eternal.
Presence is deathless.
Presence is soothing.
Presence is changeless.
Presence is present, always and already.
Presence is what all experience consists of.
Presence is the one energy underlying all energies.
Presence is the fundamental vibration of Existence itself (Aum/Om).
Presence is impartial, not taking sides, neutral and non-referential.
Presence is free of judgement, yet inclusive of it.
Presence is all-inclusive.
Presence is effortless and indestructible.
Presence is peaceful.
Presence is truth.
Presence is immortality.
Presence is love.
Presence is alive.
Presence is.
The 2 to 5 seconds Exercise
Take a deep breath, relax your thoughts and ideas for 2 to 5 seconds, and gently and joyfully place your attention on the sense of being here, now.
Or simply feel the feeling of I-AM or I-Exist. Repeatedly recognize this sense of I-AM, or the sense I-Exist, in your direct experience of everyday life. Allow it to naturally become more genuine, more obvious, more palpable, and more visceral with each repetition. Naturally. Don’t force anything. Simply let it happen.
Practice this I-Exist recognition throughout the day (at least 12 times per day), for just a few moments at a time; then continue on with your day until the next moment of recognition naturally occurs, or is induced by you remembering this homework assignment.
Placing your attention on the feeling that you exist gives rise to the recognition and experience of pure Presence-Consciousness. And it allows for Awareness (you) to wake up from its entanglement with the dream of being a person inside of a world.
In this way, the person you have assumed yourself to be will very quickly wake up to the recognition of a changeless Presence. Awareness attached to the person will wake up to its truer Self: Presence-Consciousness.
In short, “Person wakes up to Presence.”
Essential Premises
Essential – the basic premises
This is about coming into acceptance with some new, and sometimes harsh, truths about yourself and the world around you.
As you “clear” the field, you’ll also digest, dissolve, and transcend various narratives and belief structures that have been holding you back. This is a crucial preparatory phase that ensures the ground is ready for the new reality you are about to experience – “create”.
Basic Premises
Change is constant — experience never stops
“I EXIST” — person wakes up to Presence
There is only HERE and NOW
Input = Output: what we put out is what we receive
All pain is resistance to true self
Doubt is 100% trust in a belief we don’t prefer
There are no mistakes in creation — only experience
Creation is abundant by nature
Life has no built-in meaning — you give it meaning by being
Reality is a mirror, not an external absolute

FAQ
How do future sessions look like?
The rest of the *sessions build on the first session with reminders of what we have learned here and experienced and learning to speak a new language with our selves, and so the amount of sessions depend on what we will establish in the first session, it is the groundwork for all other sessions which are merely to guide you and to mirror you, we look together at your conditioning, programming and go step by step as long as you need that guidance which can be very quickly. It all depends on you. From here on it is seeing our illusory world, to observe the mind and its suggestions, to discover deep hidden layers, by meeting, sharing your experiences and where it is not clear yet.
What is Awareness, Consciousness, Presence, and the Self — and how do they relate? Why does it matter to know this?
Awareness is the open field in which everything appears — thoughts, feelings, sensations, the body, the world. It is like the space in which all experience arises.
Consciousness is the movement within awareness — the knowing of experience. You could say it is awareness in activity: perceiving, thinking, imagining, remembering.
Presence is when consciousness is no longer scattered in stories of past or future but rests here, in the simplicity of being. Presence is the felt recognition of “I Am” before attaching to what I am.
The Self is not an idea, role, or identity — it is the source prior to all appearances. It is the silent ground of being, the unchanging reality in which awareness, consciousness, and presence arise.
Why does this matter?
Because most suffering comes from misidentification — believing we are only the body, mind, or story. When we see clearly
Awareness reveals that we are not limited to our experiences.
Presence anchors us in freedom from past and future.
Consciousness becomes a tool rather than a trap.
The Self is recognised as who we already are — whole, free, and untouchable.
To know this is not philosophy — it is liberation. It dissolves unnecessary suffering and restores clarity, choice, and peace.
This knowing arises from a direct experience due to a simple seeing, a looking together and discerning facts from illusions
