This page contains the foundational mirror transmissions
used throughout the 13-Week Journey.

These videos are not lessons and not meant to be consumed sequentially.
They are orientation tools—mirrors you return to at different phases of the journey.
Some will be used at the beginning.
Others when emotions rise, control tightens, or clarity fades.
Several are revisited multiple times.
There is no “right” way to use them.
Only honest seeing.
How to Use This Library
- Watch slowly. Do not multitask.
- These are not guided meditations. No effort is required.
- If confusion arises, return to the Full Mirror Transmission below.
- If resistance arises, choose the video that matches your current state.
You do not need to understand everything.
You only need to notice what is already present.

This transmission addresses control as contraction and restores natural intelligence.
CLOSURE — Completion / Maturity

This is not an ending, but a closure of effort.
Nothing special needs to happen.
Important Note
These transmissions do not replace sessions.
They support them.
If resistance, confusion, or strong emotion persists, bring it into your session.
The mirror works best when lived, not analyzed.
Closing
There is no finish line here.
