The 2–5 Second Reset
Stop the habit of being the Person
Essential – the basic premises
The 2–5 Second Reset
At the core of this journey is a simple practice:
Pause for 2–5 seconds, 2–5 times an hour.
In this pause:
- Recognize directly, “I exist.”
- Notice: you are the one aware of being aware.
- Let go of seeking or striving — “I don’t want anything from anyone or anything right now. The only thing I want is to know myself more deeply.”
This tiny break interrupts the habit of being the “person” and opens the doorway into Presence.
Meeting Your Natural Self
Your natural self is not something new to find, but what has always been here: pure awareness, untouched by roles, stories, or beliefs. Recognizing this is the first step.
From this recognition, suffering begins to loosen. What once felt like heavy identity starts to be seen as passing thoughts and patterns.

Stop the habit of being the Person
Reflection & Clarity
With awareness grounded, we reflect on the “current self” — the personality, beliefs, and habitual patterns shaping your life. This is not judgment, but clarity: seeing how reality mirrors your inner state.
The Mechanics of Creation
Here you uncover how subconscious programs create your experiences. Beliefs and assumptions, often absorbed from culture and upbringing, act as invisible architects of your reality. Seeing them is the beginning of freedom.
Clearing the Field
Self-inquiry dissolves what no longer serves.
A simple seeing: if it’s not true now, it was never true.
This prepares the field for a new way of being, rooted in direct experience rather than borrowed beliefs.
Essential Premises
Essential – the basic premises
This is about coming into acceptance with some new, and sometimes harsh, truths about yourself and the world around you.
As you “clear” the field, you’ll also digest, dissolve, and transcend various narratives and belief structures that have been holding you back. This is a crucial preparatory phase that ensures the ground is ready for the new reality you are about to experience – “create”.

FAQ
How do future sessions look like?
The rest of the *sessions build on the first session with reminders of what we have learned here and experienced and learning to speak a new language with our selves, and so the amount of sessions depend on what we will establish in the first session, it is the groundwork for all other sessions which are merely to guide you and to mirror you, we look together at your conditioning, programming and go step by step as long as you need that guidance which can be very quickly. It all depends on you. From here on it is seeing our illusory world, to observe the mind and its suggestions, to discover deep hidden layers, by meeting, sharing your experiences and where it is not clear yet.
What is Awareness, Consciousness, Presence, and the Self — and how do they relate? Why does it matter to know this?
Awareness is the open field in which everything appears — thoughts, feelings, sensations, the body, the world. It is like the space in which all experience arises.
Consciousness is the movement within awareness — the knowing of experience. You could say it is awareness in activity: perceiving, thinking, imagining, remembering.
Presence is when consciousness is no longer scattered in stories of past or future but rests here, in the simplicity of being. Presence is the felt recognition of “I Am” before attaching to what I am.
The Self is not an idea, role, or identity — it is the source prior to all appearances. It is the silent ground of being, the unchanging reality in which awareness, consciousness, and presence arise.
Why does this matter?
Because most suffering comes from misidentification — believing we are only the body, mind, or story. When we see clearly
Awareness reveals that we are not limited to our experiences.
Presence anchors us in freedom from past and future.
Consciousness becomes a tool rather than a trap.
The Self is recognised as who we already are — whole, free, and untouchable.
To know this is not philosophy — it is liberation. It dissolves unnecessary suffering and restores clarity, choice, and peace.
This knowing arises from a direct experience due to a simple seeing, a looking together and discerning facts from illusions
