These videos are not lessons and not meant to be consumed sequentially.
They are orientation tools—mirrors you return to at different phases of the journey.

Some will be used at the beginning.
Others when emotions rise, control tightens, or clarity fades.
Several are revisited multiple times.

There is no “right” way to use them.
Only honest seeing.

The Mirror of I — Complete Transmission

(29 minutes)

This is the spine of the entire 13-Week Journey.

Use this transmission:

  • at the start of the journey
  • whenever you feel lost, confused, or overthinking
  • when nothing else seems to land

It brings you back to the simplest recognition:
what you are, before effort or interpretation.

What is “I” ? ~The Mirror of “I” ~

The Mirror of I — Five-Part Series

Each part reflects a specific phase of lived experience.
You may return to the same part multiple times across the 13 weeks.

Part I — The I That Appears

Use this when:

  • beginning the journey
  • identifying strongly with thoughts or story
  • seeking intellectual understanding

This transmission points to how the sense of “I” arises—and how the world appears with it.

Part II — When the I Returns

Use this when:

  • after silence, insight, or a deep session
  • functioning feels confusing or unstable
  • you feel pressure to “stay present”

This transmission normalizes return to daily life without losing clarity.

Part III — When the I Is Triggered

Use this when:

  • emotions surge
  • conflict appears in relationships
  • fear, shame, anger, or anxiety arise

This is a practical mirror for daily life.
Nothing needs to be fixed—only seen.

Part IV — When the I Wants Control

Use this when:

  • effort increases
  • planning, fixing, or holding tight takes over
  • exhaustion or pressure builds

This transmission addresses control as contraction and restores natural intelligence.

Part V — When the I Is Not Neede

Use this when:

  • the journey feels complete
  • seeking drops away
  • simplicity appears

This is not an ending, but a closure of effort.
Nothing special needs to happen.

These transmissions do not replace sessions.
They support them.

If resistance, confusion, or strong emotion persists, bring it into your session.
The mirror works best when lived, not analyzed.

Closing

There is no finish line here.
